California-based rock band Linkin Park is keeping fans on the edge with yet another preview from their upcoming album A Thousand Suns. Its first official single "The Catalyst" was followed by "Wretches and Kings," "Waiting for the End" and "Blackout." Before the video for "Waiting for the End" drops on Friday, the band has released a teaser.
The clip is directed by Joseph Hahn who also directed the video for "The Catalyst" and if you're easily claustrophobic you probably shouldn't watch it too many times! Linkin Park signed with Warner Bros Records in 1999 and has sold over 50 million albums across the globe. They have also received two Grammy Awards and collaborated with artists like Jay-Z.
Linkin Park released their first album Hybrid Theory in 2000. It was certified Diamond in 2005 and went multi-platinum in countries outside the U.S. In 2003 the band released their second studio album, Meteora, which topped the Billboard 200 album chart and took the band on a worldwide tour. Linkin Park made a comeback in 2007 with their third studio album Minutes to Midnight that topped the Billboard charts.

"Cooler Than Me" is the debut single released by Mike Posner. Since its release it has peaked at number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100and reached number one on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay in its July 31, 2010 issue. The instrumental was produced by Gigamesh. Another version, labeled "Gigamesh Remix", was released on Mike Posner's October 2009 mixtape One Foot Out the Door.On Tuesday May 18, 2010, Electronic Arts announced that "Cooler Than Me" will be featured in the Sims 3: Ambitions video game. The song was converted to "Simlish", the language of the Sims.
On May 31, 2010, Posner appeared on Lopez Tonight with a performance of "Cooler Than Me" (Gigamesh Remix).
On July 28, 2010, Posner appeared on America's Got Talent with a performance of "Cooler Than Me".
To date, the single has sold over 2 million downloads in the United States.
On The Ellen DeGeneres Show premiere week (September 16 of 2010) of the 8th Season, Posner performed "Cooler Than Me".
In the music video, Posner starts out at a concert singing some of his songs before an enthusiastic audience. After the show he goes driving with his friends, who then drop him off at the Roosevelt Hotel on Los Angeles' Hollywood Blvd. After a short ride in an elevator, Posner enters a hotel suite, where he joins a party already in progress. The pop channel Fuse deletes the opening scene. Throughout the course of the video, Posner tries on different styles of sunglasses including Oakley Razorblades, Frogskins, and X-Ray sunglasses. While he is trying each pair on, it evokes a different perception of the party currently going on in the apartment. In the end, he is seen leaving the hotel that morning with his original sunglasses back on. The video features cameos by Louie Vito, The Dingo, Chelsea Chanel "CC" Dudley and Christopher Pfaff from Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory.
